JENN HAYSLETT brings 25 years of leadership experience as a successful fundraiser, manager, facilitator and trainer to her work as a coach and non-profit consultant. Her specialty is in building and improving relationship-based fundraising programs.
As a leadership and professional development coach, Jenn specializes in partnering with Boards, Executive Directors, Development Directors, and other non-profit staff members develop clear goals and design action plans to achieve them. Jenn has direct experience in all areas of fundraising and marketing for small to mid-sized non-profits including annual funds, major gift solicitation and stewardship, capital campaigns, grant writing, community organizing, and volunteer management. Jenn’s engaging presentation style makes her a highly-rated trainer and presenter. She is the creator of Aim, Ask, Achieve, a 6-month intensive fundraising training program through TSNE MissionWorks in Boston. Jenn received her coach training through Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and her certification as a trainer, facilitator and consultant through the Center for New Leadership at Marlboro College. |
ANGELIQUE McALPINE is a Graphic Facilitator who brings 25 years of working visually, as a designer and business development consultant, to her practice. Angelique provides visual support to help groups navigate difficult or complex issues, and increase the contribution of participants. When the visual parts of our brains are engaged, the depth and breadth of understanding increases, and creativity and problem solving are amplified.
Angelique works with both non-profit and corporate clients across a wide range of sectors including health care, human services, the environment, economic development, energy, and education. She has worked within non-profits as a founder, board member, on leadership teams, and in volunteer management and development. Angelique has received Graphic Facilitation training from Deirdre Crowley and Brandy Agerbeck. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications, a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the Center for New Leadership at Marlboro College, and is a member of the International Forum of Visual Practitioners. |
